How does the Xpert Rapid Response Service operate?

We provide a dedicated 24 Hour Rapid Response Service. This service is for any emergency. All you need to do in case of an emergency is to press an Xpert Security Panic Button and the nearest Rapid Response Team will arrive at the location within minutes to take care of the emergency. We respond to all types of emergencies.

For an Xpert Security client, emergency assistance is never more than a few minutes away. We monitor all our systems on a 24 Hour basis for alarms or technical faults.

We monitor and respond to all types of security systems, including:
Panic Alarms, Intruder Detection Alarms, Fire Alarms and Electric Fencing Alarms.

What are the costs for the Xpert Rapid Response Service?

This service costs the Cedi equivalent of US$85.00 (Incl. VAT & NHIL) per month per location.
